About Our Founder
Will Bundy
With over twenty years of experience, Will Bundy has held roles leading and transforming large scale operations. Most recently, he held a role as Chief Transformation Officer for a mid-market Consumer Products company backed by a leading Private Equity investor. In this role and in other capacities, he has successfully implemented multiple value creation plans, recovered operations near distress, and implemented large-scale transformations. In addition, Will has extensive experience assessing operations prior to acquisition and supporting investors and management teams stabilize or standup critical operations following crises or transactions. Will also held positions as a Managing Director at AlixPartners, a leading Private Equity operational improvement and transformation advisor, and as a strategy consultant at Bain and Company. Will has been featured and published in conferences and periodicals on topics ranging from 'Distress by Design' to 'Value Creation strategies for growth-oriented investments.'
William has a bachelor’s degree with distinction in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
He has served on various non-profit boards and was a pivotal member of the Executive Committee of Minorities in Restructuring and Alternative Investment.
